NIALL MCNALLY
As a father of 5, a youth leader and a creative for 35 years, Niall is uniquely placed to bring his creativity and experience to engaging young people in frank discussions about the important issues in life; relationships, purpose, boundaries and faith.
A humorous and imaginative communicator, Niall has a flair for disarming teenagers with his honesty and a zeal for equipping parents, teachers and mentors for personal and professional growth. Niall has a unique ability to translate vision to tangible reality, demonstrated through years of networking with leaders and working on local and national initiatives.
deirdre MCNALLY
Born in West Belfast, married to Niall and mother of 5, Deirdre qualified in Communications through Ulster University, holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Careers, Education & Guidance and in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
A co-founder of Cast, Deirdre loves supporting others with life’s challenges through counselling, supervision and 1-1 mentoring of youth leaders, ministers and others active in the life of the church. She delivers training for organisations seeking to build a more supportive working culture.
