CAST is a Youth & Community Work focusing on Personal, Social & Faith development. Founded in 1997 Cast aims to make significant impact & improvements in and through the lifes of young people & youth leaders. Cast ethos is one that is person centered and draws apon a number of disciplines to help it form its content & programmes. Delivering programmes that help with life skills and spiritual development. Cast programmes are holistic in their formation to help inform & educate with knowledge base materials and help individuals understand and navigate hi-risk situations so as to improve their oportunities of making good choices & having healthier and more fulfilling lifes that enable them to contribute back their communities.
Cast has been operating very successfully for 10 Years now and its Purposes, Values, Aims & Objectives are at present under review. They are being strategically accessed and are to be updated to meet the emerging needs in are society, plus to help better demostrate & communicate to Cast sponsors and supporters the developments over this period of time in its methods, content and objectives. These newly form Purposes, Aims & Objectives will better reflect the needs of individuals citizens within our society. The new strategic plans of Cast, will layout the future vision & plans to help meet these needs. We hope to have these amended by early 2008. Niall delivering his much acclaimed "Think Twice" presentaion at the Life Conference in the Antrim Forum 2006. Scoring yet again for the fourth year running the higest evalutions from both Pupils & teachers on the days. The popularity of this programme now has grown, as we deliverd to well over 4,000 pupils from both traditions over a period of three weeks. Originally only 3,000 attended from over Northern Ireland.

Below is a crowd shot of a seminar Niall did along with two others; the professor who is the head of genetics at Queens University plus a Psychotherapist Dr. Paul Miller that uses repatheraphy as a method for sexual re-orientaion change.
